The team

People accompanying people.

We believe that real change begins in relationships. That's why we take great care over who we are and how we work — not just what we do.

«We do not bring change from outside. We help it emerge from within.»

At Wind Cat Training, we work from the conviction that every organisation already has what it needs to transform. Our role is to accompany this process with presence, method, and humanity.

Gemma Mateu

Certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC) · 20+ years supporting leaders and teams

With over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and organisations, Gemma has worked with executives, teams, and cultures from a wide variety of sectors: banking, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, family businesses, and social enterprises.

Her approach combines the rigour of proven methodologies with the warmth of someone who profoundly believes in people’s capacity for change. She works with presence and deep listening, convinced that every conversation can open the door to something new.

It starts from a simple yet demanding idea: organisations already have many of the answers they need. Our role is to help them make these visible, organise them and put them into action.

You are the founder of Wind Cat Training, a space where coaching, training, and experience meet to generate real and sustainable change.

How Gemma works

She starts from a conviction: first observe, then intervene. For her, no organisation is the problem – it's a system that's speaking. Behind every symptom (meetings that don't progress, talent that leaves, leadership that's exhausted) there's something deeper worth listening to.

She works with a five-step process: listen, observe, co-design, intervene, and sustain. She doesn't bring closed solutions: she adapts the tools to each organisation and the moment it's going through. She combines systemic methodologies, co-active coaching, and experiential training, always chosen with purpose.

She doesn't force change: she creates the conditions for it to take root. She believes that every organisation already has the resources it needs to transform, and that her role is to help make them visible, activate them and sustain them — so that what happens in the sessions also stays in day-to-day life.

Pau Marquès

Founder · Wind Cat Activities

Pau Marquès

The down-to-earth captain (with a megaphone in hand)

Behind Wind Cat Activities is Pau Marquès. With over 25 years of experience in team building, he masters the art of organising chaos: budgets, time and teams, all under control and with that touch of humour that makes tensions dissolve on their own.

He has an eye for detail and the judgement to read each situation. He combines strategy, common sense, and a natural charisma that transforms any activity into an experience the team remembers.

En Pau doesn't just make things work. He makes them work with meaning and with style.

How Pau works

A Wind Cat Activities is clear about one thing: teams don't change in a meeting room, they change when they experience something together. That's why they care not only about what they do, but how they do it — the energy, the environment, the rhythm and every detail.

Don't force dynamics. Create the context for the team to discover them.

They design experiences that activate what already exists within each team: trust, collaboration, leadership, and the desire to move forward together. Their role is to accompany this process through experience, combining challenge, play, and reflection so that what happens outside has an impact inside.
