About Gemma
With over 25 years of experience supporting individuals and organisations, Gemma has worked with executives, teams and cultures across a wide range of sectors: banking, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, family-run businesses and social enterprises.
Their perspective combines the rigour of proven methodologies with the warmth of someone who deeply believes in people's capacity for change. They work from presence, deep listening and the conviction that every conversation can be a gateway to something new. They work from the conviction that every organisation already knows what it needs — and that their role is to accompany them in discovering it, not to tell them what to do.
Founder of Wind Cat Training and Wind Cat Activities, she has created a space where coaching, training and experiential learning come together to generate real and sustainable change.

Behind the magic of Wind Cat Activities is Pau Marquès. With 25 years' experience in team building, he masters the art of organising chaos: budgets, timings and teams, all with surgical precision and a touch of humour that lets tensions dissolve on their own.
He has a radar for details and a clinical eye for challenges. He combines strategy, common sense and a natural charisma that turns any activity into an experience the team remembers. Pau doesn't just make things work — he makes them work with style.
